1. Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged and the seeds inside are compromised, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged package and its contents. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund for the affected items.
2. Empty Package or Unsolicited Seeds: If you receive an empty package or discover unsolicited seeds in your shipment, please notify us within 15of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the empty package or unsolicited seeds. Once we confirm the issue, we will proceed with a refund for the respective items.
3. Video Caption of 5-Day Seeds Testing Plantation: We value your feedback and want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have followed the instructions provided with the seeds, performed a 5-day testing plantation, and are unsatisfied with the results, we offer a refund option. To be eligible, you must submit a video caption of the entire 5-day process, clearly demonstrating the unsuccessful germination or growth. This video caption must be provided within 15of receiving your order.
Refund Exclusions:
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
1. Failure to provide adequate evidence: If you fail to provide the required evidence, such as photographs or video caption, we may be unable to process your refund.
2. User error or mishandling: If the seeds were not handled or planted according to our instructions, resulting in unsuccessful germination or growth, we cannot offer a refund. It is important to carefully follow the provided guidelines for optimal results.
3. Time limitations: Requests for refunds must be made within 15of receiving your order. Any requests received after this time frame may not be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 15with further instructions on the refund process.
